Services Offered

​Complimentary consultations are offered so that we can ensure that I would be a good fit for you. Therapeutic services include: collaborative treatment plan, short and long term goals, and access to all of my 50+ pages of resources. Meetings are currently offered via teletherapy (use of computer, tablet, or phone).  ​

Adult and Adolescent Individual Therapy
Individual psychotherapy sessions are generally recommended to start weekly for one hour sessions.  Together, we will determine a treatment plan and collaborate on progress so you can receive the most out of your therapy experience.

Couple and Family Therapy
Sessions generally focus on emotional reactivity, communication, utilizing tools, active listening, and connection.  Typical goals may focus on the couple or family being able to communicate, connect, and overcome changes.

Social and Emotional Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Consultant 
Are you trying to help your child receive services in the school system?  Feeling lost in the process and yearning to gain a better understanding?  I offer IEP consultation in the social and emotional areas of the school system.  Meetings and documentation review are set at a reasonable hourly rate.  ​

Remote Therapy - California Residents

Remote therapy is also known as distance therapy, video therapy, teletherapy, telehealth, online therapy, or telemedicine. Several hours in my private practice schedule are reserved for teletherapy sessions.  These live video therapy sessions or phone sessions are offered to California residents.  It provides convenience and accessibility when it's hard to come into my office.  The telehealth sessions are through a secure HIPAA platform for your security and privacy. Before starting teletherapy, we will discuss if the platform is an appropriate fit for your therapeutic needs. ​

​Remote therapy is ​perfect: for individuals with health concerns, for those with transportation issues, busy parents, busy schedules, for individuals who want extra privacy, etc.

For you feel safe and at ease, I designed my office using relaxing colors and classic comforts so that you feel relaxed as you visit.  Conveniently located in the city of Yorba Linda Orange County; my office is a short distance from many local universities and is close to the freeway.  The building is wheelchair accessible, has free parking, and is conveniently located near the 91, 55, 71, and the 241 freeways.
